I aim to help in any way I can in order to provide a flexible home care package to suit everyone. These include:
- companionship - I can pop in to check everything's ok, put on the kettle and make us brew so we can sit down and have a chat
- general housework - things like hoovering, washing up, tidying up, laundry, wiping down sides etc
- light gardening - light weeding, cutting grass, sweeping/tidying up leaves
- emotional support - no-one should ever feel alone, I can be there to offer support and an empathetic ear in difficult times
- transport - getting to and from appointments or trips out
- shopping - I can either get the grocery shopping for you and we can go together
- prescription collection/drop off
- budgeting assistance and form filling
- meal preparation
- social outings - this may be having a cuppa and cake in a local cafe or garden centre, visiting friends/relatives
